Our train operating hour is from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm (Last train from Upper Station)
Our ticketing counter operating hour is from 6.15 am to 9.45 pm
Free Wifi
Visitors can now enjoy free Wi-Fi at Penang Hill!
The free Wi-Fi service is an initiative by Penang Hill Corporation in partnership with Telekom Malaysia Bhd to provide free wifi to visitors that visits Penang Hill.
With wifi@unifi in place, visitors can enjoy free Wi-Fi connectivity at the Lower Station, Upper Station, Cliff Cafe and Dataran areas.
Wheelchair Acessible
Penang Hill is wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, you may proceed to the information counter for assistance. Our customer service representatives will assist you to board the funicular via designated access for wheelchairs. We do provide wheelchairs for customer who is in need for free.
Storage & Locker
We do provide locker rental service at Penang Hill Lower Station! The service is privately managed by DrLocker, kindly contact +016-3506969 for any enquiry.
Surau Facility
We do provide surau for Muslim visitors to pray during designated pray hours. You may find the male and female prayer rooms at Penang Hill Lower Station and also at the Penang Hill Multi-storey Car Park (G Floor)
Mother's Room/ Nursing Room
You can find the mother's room/ nursing at Penang Hill Lower Station which located nearby the toilet facilities.
